Peter is a Lead Engineer at BBC R&D leading work on live media infrastructure. He is a frequent contributor to industry work on interoperability, an SMPTE Fellow, and chair of several AMWA and EBU groups. He is co-chair of EBU’s Dynamic Media Facility project and editor of its reference architecture, and is on the leadership team of the open source MXL (Media eXchange Layer) project.
