At BBC R&D she led the Edge Technology Forum, building it into a genuine space for collaboration and influence, making a point of bringing more diverse voices in, investing in speakers and expanding the forum's reach. It's an approach that reflects how she works: people-first, without losing sight of the technology.
That credibility has made her a sought-after voice on the global stage, IBC, NAB, EBU, SVG, MPTS, and most recently host of DTG Futuretech 2026 at the BBC Radio Theatre. Her work spans IBC Accelerator projects, 5G remote production, and award-winning connectivity partnerships. Following NAB 2025, she served as IAMT (IABM) Technology Evangelist through to IBC 2025.
Through her consultancy KAURWAVE Ltd, she works with organisations on innovation strategy, emerging technology and the future of media production. She is available for speaking, moderating, advisory and consultancy engagements.
